Q. What makes you stand out as a Realtor?
A. I feel I stand out as a realtor because I truly care about my buyers and sellers. I really don't like anyone to be upset with the process. I listen to what they want and need and then try ro adjust my directions based on how well I get to know them.

Q. What do you do outside of real estate?
A. Some of the things I do outside of Real Estate are helping my boys with whatever they need and taking care of my Grandson whenever I can. I do some networking and I do have lunches with my core people. Title company, financial advisors etc.

Q. Would you recommend United to other Realtors?
A. Yes I would recommend United Real Estate to other agents and have recommended it. Bonnie is good at working for the betterment of her agents and training them to know better on how to manage the whole real estate process. It can be a lot.

1. Market Knowledge & Pricing Strategy
I stay on top of local market trends and comparable sales so I can accurately price homes and help buyers make competitive, smart offers. Getting the numbers right is critical to protecting my clients’ bottom line.

2. Negotiation
From inspections to final terms, I advocate for my clients while keeping deals together. It’s not just about “winning” but about knowing when to push, when to compromise, and how to structure a deal that actually closes.

3. Communication & Organization
I keep clients informed, set clear expectations, and stay on top of timelines so nothing falls through the cracks. Real estate has a lot of moving parts, and strong communication is what keeps everything running smoothly.

Q. What are some things you do outside of real estate?
A. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying involved in my kids’ activities. I also like traveling and playing board games as I enjoy the interaction and connection they bring. Those experiences help me stay grounded and bring a balanced, people-first approach to my business.

A. First, I feel like my personable character and positive outlook on the selling and buying processes make the process as light, easy, and FUN as possible!
✅My marketing and networking are great, when in need of getting the house on the market or finding someone to help get it ready for such, I always have a vast network of people to assist.
✅My market research and negotiations have helped buyers find and buy homes under the listing price, and I have helped sellers correctly price homes to make sure they are stress-free. My clients experience low to zero mental, financial, and time stress in the home buying and selling processes!
✅Technology - I am always online and find new ideas to market a home, always out to find new homes and trends. This has helped tremendously on the marketing front as well as making sure my clients are making great decisions.

Q. What are some things you do outside of real estate?
A. I am also a soccer coach with Louisville City Academy where I have two teams that I love so much! With this I also post some content on social media whether it’s blog like content or video games!
