Today, I’m celebrating more than a business anniversary. I’m celebrating a dream that started with a vision I didn’t know exactly where this journey would take me, but I knew the kind of brokerage I wanted to build. One rooted in Communication. Respect. Integrity.

What makes the sixth year possible is the five years of preparation. Home & Comfort Realty has been part of hundreds of stories, first homes, forever homes, investment properties, new beginnings, difficult transitions, growing families, empty nests, and dreams that once felt out of reach. And the most meaningful part? The relationships. ❤️

Friends who became clients.
Agents who joined me and grew alongside me.
Industry partners who have stood beside us.

Congratulations to my Sellers on the sale of their home! 🥳 This one was especially special because I truly feel like I’ve watched this family grow. We first closed together in 2017 when they were newlyweds with their first baby just two weeks away (I keep every photo). We searched high and low until we found the perfect home for them to begin building their family. Over the years, we stayed connected through questions, check-ins, and life updates. Then, when they knew it was time for bigger and better things, they called me again. 😎

Selling a home is always a transaction, but sometimes it represents so much more. This home held years of memories, milestones, growth, and the beginning of their family’s story. It was an absolute honor to help them close that chapter and prepare for what comes next.

A huge thank you to David Martin for working with us and not against us which means more than you know. This home was able to go from newlywed to newlywed couple. Congratulations to Team Buntin! We bought a house 🥳

Oops 🫢 I meant we BUILT a HOME 🏡

After being in our home a few days, I think it finally hit me that I did not just help another family become homeowners, my husband and I are now that as well. I have helped so many families throughout the process of buying and building and I’m there every step of the way. I’ve even rolled up my sleeves a few times to help pack for deadlines. That’s why I feel this was just me working on my clients behalf and I had the hardest client to work with in almost 13 years of being in real estate…ME 🤣

I am so proud of my husband for everything he does for our family. He will set a goal and achieve it saying “TOO EASY” no matter how difficult it was. We are very unserious people with very serious careers meaning we enjoy life and laugh a lot. We made many sacrifices over the years to be here today but our faith knew our suddenly season would arrive. God we thank you for your grace, mercy and intentional favor 🙌🏾 This is the house that Jesus built!
