Major Louisville Deal | Texas Roadhouse Acquires Wright Tower

Congratulations to Texas Roadhouse on the acquisition of Wright Tower, 6100 Dutchman’s Lane for $12 million.

Located adjacent to Texas Roadhouse’s corporate headquarters, the 16-story, 115,530-square-foot office tower provides additional room for the company’s continued growth and represents another significant investment in its hometown of Louisville.

TRIO Commercial Property Group represented Texas Roadhouse in the acquisition and will continue its involvement as property manager and leasing team for Wright Tower.

A Louisville native, Cooper played golf for and collegiately for the University of Kentucky Mens Golf team. He also won the 2017 Kentucky Open at Hurstbourne, making this a true hometown return.
