We’re excited and grateful to have the TRIO name represented on the Abel Motorsports INDYCAR driven by Jacob Abel Racing at the legendary Indianapolis 500.

What makes this especially meaningful is watching Jacob’s journey from a young kid out of Louisville, Kentucky with big dreams to competing on racing’s biggest stage. It’s been incredible to watch, and we’re proud of Jacob, the Abel family, and the entire Abel Motorsports Team.

Thank you to Abel Motorsports for the opportunity to be a small part of this experience. TRIO will be cheering on the No. 51 car this weekend!

📣 Major Industrial Development Coming to Bullitt County

Averitt is set to build a $113 million regional campus in Bullitt County, marking a significant investment in the region’s industrial and logistics growth. The new campus will create jobs, retain existing Louisville-area associates, and consolidate multiple service units into one strategic location near I-65 and Brooks Hill Road.

TRIO Commercial Property Group brokered the 62.2-acre land sale for $8.375 million, helping pave the way for this transformative project and another major win for economic development in the Louisville region and Bullitt County.

TRIO Commercial Property Group represented Cedar Lake Lodge in the purchase of a 16-acre campus in Anchorage, Kentucky, which will become the organization’s future home as it expands services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Commonwealth.
