Another successful closing! This one had a Seller deployed in Germany but needed to sell his home. It was previously rented, so it took months to get it ready. Not all sales are the same! The Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) offers a 30% discount on sanitary sewer and EPA Consent Decree surcharge fees to qualifying seniors.

Eligibility: Must be 65 years or older, have the water/sewer bill in your name, and have an annual gross household income of $40,000 or less.

How to Apply: Download and fill out the MSD Senior Citizen Discount Application or apply online at MSD Senior Assistance. You must provide proof of age, residency, and income.
