I'm a first time home buyer and had all the nerves and questions you could think of. Freddy never seemed irritated with my questions and always made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He made my home buying experience so pleasant! I've got friends who've bought homes and told me horror stories and when I tell them my experience they are so surprised to hear how smooth and quickly it went! They've all said if they ever buy again they are calling Freddy!! Would definitely recommend working with him and his team!

He explained everything in detail and was very patient with us. We are so green at this, that I think I had explained things more than once. When we found out that our close date had to be moved up 3 weeks early, Freddy wasted no time and we were able to meet the deadline. The Seller excepted our offer on 9-3, our funding was completed on 10-2-23 making our close date on 10-4-23. I kept hearing how hard this process was going to be from other home buyers but that didn't happen with Freddy/Thrive Mortgage. I couldn't be happier with the way things went and how easy it all seemed. I would recommend Freddy to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
