It’s a big day for my buyer, Nathan! He just bought his first home and it was a privilege to be apart of this huge milestone for him. Seller Closed ✨

This closing was such a special one for me. I had the honor of representing the seller of this beautiful home in Sterling Springs Estates — a home filled with so many memories from my high school years. This was my longtime friend’s mom’s home, so getting to be part of this chapter for their family meant so much. 🫶

While it’s a little bittersweet saying goodbye to a home that’s been so loved over the years, I know she’s excited to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than contracts and paperwork — it’s about the memories made inside the home and the new chapters ahead.
