The entire project is expected to cost $80 million.

Construction of the first phase of the Waterfront Botanical Gardens begins in September at the old Ohio Street Dump site

What a fabulous day it turned out to be for our Annual Thunder at RiverParkPlace party. Even though it was pretty chilly, the rain decided to leave and what an amazing fireworks display. We felt sharing some videos of the last few and the finale would be worth a thousand words. Mark your calendar to join us again next year for THE BEST THUNDER PARTY IN LOUISVILLE!! Wow! Special thank you to our awesome band and our residents, boaters and guests. You definitely know how to enjoy these events! HAPPY THUNDER!
