Long term rentals served me well for the majority of my adult life….But times change… and renters change.
So I had to adapt too.
I took a house I’ve owned for 20 years that used to rent for about $800/month, made a few upgrades, and changed the strategy using newer platforms and tools like Airbnb and Furnished Finder.
