Yesterday, a four-year journey came to completion. ❤️‍🔥 My husband, Maurice, graduated as a Journeyman Wireman! 🎓⚡️ I couldn’t be more proud.

Four years ago, he almost talked himself out of school. “I’m too old. I can’t take a $10+ pay cut!” I told him, “Take the pay cut. I’m here to help you. You’ve got me. And you’ll be done before you turn 40.” And he did exactly that. 🙌🏽

What we didn’t know was everything those four years would bring; marriage, overtime, barely seeing each other, losing our grandmothers, Ale’s brain surgery, struggles in my business, and moments of fear and uncertainty. But at our lowest, faith was all we had, and somehow, it was all we needed. 🙏🏽

Through it all, he built more than a career. He improved his credit, paid off his car and credit cards, passed every class, started his own business, and built a home with me. 🏡

He may say, “TOO EASY!” But baby… it was NOT easy.

We were stretched, pressed, and tested. And I believe every bit of it was necessary. Sometimes God stretches you before He expands you and presses you before He promotes you. When they say all things work together for your good, we are living proof. 🙏🏽

Maurice, I’m proud of you, not just because you graduated, but because you kept going when quitting would’ve been easier. Yesterday, you proved it’s never too late to bet on yourself.

Congratulations to you and the entire graduating class! 🎓⚡️ You prayed. You persevered. You kept showing up. Talk about a FLEX! ⚡️🔥The sacrifice was worth it.

🩵🏡✨ HAPPY 6TH ANNIVERSARY, HOME & COMFORT REALTY! ✨🏡🩵

Today, I’m celebrating more than a business anniversary. I’m celebrating a dream that started with a vision I didn’t know exactly where this journey would take me, but I knew the kind of brokerage I wanted to build. One rooted in Communication. Respect. Integrity.

What makes the sixth year possible is the five years of preparation. Home & Comfort Realty has been part of hundreds of stories, first homes, forever homes, investment properties, new beginnings, difficult transitions, growing families, empty nests, and dreams that once felt out of reach. And the most meaningful part? The relationships. ❤️

Clients who became friends.
Friends who became clients.
Agents who joined me and grew alongside me.
Industry partners who have stood beside us.
Families who trusted us with some of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. Every closing represents more than a transaction. It represents a chapter in someone’s life, and I am incredibly grateful that people continue to trust us to be part of those chapters.

Building a brokerage is not always easy. There have been lessons, challenges, pivots, late nights, big wins, hard decisions, and moments when I had to remind myself why I started.
But six years later, I can say this with my whole heart: I am proud of what Home & Comfort Realty has become, and even more excited about where we’re going. ✨

Some clients become more than clients. You get to watch their lives change, their families grow, and their dreams get bigger, and you feel incredibly blessed to be along for the ride. 🥹 And now, here we are, closing on their next home! 🥳

I could not be more proud of them and everything they have accomplished together. Their teamwork, the way they care for one another, and the way they make decisions with their family’s needs at the center of it all is something you don’t see every day. ❤️

It was such an honor to help them sell their first home AND purchase their next one, coordinating everything so they could go from one home directly into the next. 🏡➡️🏡

Thank you to Angie Pryor for great communication and easy to work with. Especially starting out as a contingency in this market, you didn’t rush or push which allowed everything to fall into place in due timing.
Special thank you to Jason McPherson for making the entire process seamless and helping us make the back-to-back and after-hours closings work. And a huge thank you to Limestone for accommodating a late closing. 🙌🏾 We got everything wrapped up right on time to make it to my daughter’s birthday dinner, which made an already incredible day even more special.

Congratulations to my Sellers on the sale of their home! 🥳 This one was especially special because I truly feel like I’ve watched this family grow. We first closed together in 2017 when they were newlyweds with their first baby just two weeks away (I keep every photo). We searched high and low until we found the perfect home for them to begin building their family. Over the years, we stayed connected through questions, check-ins, and life updates. Then, when they knew it was time for bigger and better things, they called me again. 😎

Selling a home is always a transaction, but sometimes it represents so much more. This home held years of memories, milestones, growth, and the beginning of their family’s story. It was an absolute honor to help them close that chapter and prepare for what comes next.

A huge thank you to David Martin for working with us and not against us which means more than you know. This home was able to go from newlywed to newlywed couple. And thank you to Jefferson Watters and Rounsavall Title Group for helping us get everything wrapped up right on time. 🙌🏾 We made it to the next closing!

I’m working on a deal at home today trying to save it, we have appointments lined up for work being done at home. One of the contractors came in and Joe smelled him and cried, stood up trying to give him a hug. He’s seen this guy plenty of times but today was different. I asked if he said he had a girl dog and he said yes, she had to be put down on Tuesday 💔 it made sense why joe was acting unusual now. I just grabbed my chest. He must have felt his grief and wanted to try and cheer him up. I’m not sure he knew joe actually does know how to give hugs and he would have squeezed his hips and put his head in his chest. They are not “just dogs”, they are living beings who are family members that we raise and take care of and they move on. They all have a purpose here in our lives.

Congratulations to Team Buntin! We bought a house 🥳

Oops 🫢 I meant we BUILT a HOME 🏡

After being in our home a few days, I think it finally hit me that I did not just help another family become homeowners, my husband and I are now that as well. I have helped so many families throughout the process of buying and building and I’m there every step of the way. I’ve even rolled up my sleeves a few times to help pack for deadlines. That’s why I feel this was just me working on my clients behalf and I had the hardest client to work with in almost 13 years of being in real estate…ME 🤣

I am so proud of my husband for everything he does for our family. He will set a goal and achieve it saying “TOO EASY” no matter how difficult it was. We are very unserious people with very serious careers meaning we enjoy life and laugh a lot. We made many sacrifices over the years to be here today but our faith knew our suddenly season would arrive. God we thank you for your grace, mercy and intentional favor 🙌🏾 This is the house that Jesus built!
