Hello, I just would like to remind everyone about some of our wonderful offers. If you refer a sound that we purchase we will offer give $500. Wholesalers we have a offer for you too. Unfortunately sometimes it can be difficult to find a great deal. Have you ever got a property under contract you just can't find a buyer for? Obviously we would love to workout a deal with you. Unfortunately sometimes the price doesn't work. Well I hate to see all that hard work go to waste. So if you are nearing the end of your contract and you refer that home owner to us ,and we purchase the property. We will give you $500. I know it's not ideal ,but it sure beats nothing for all the time and effort you put in. For the record our ultimate goal would be to give you what you are asking. We would love for that to be the first option ,and it diffently will be if the price is right.
