Wow! This is a Seller's Market like I've never seen before. In March of 2021 we had 1516 Active Listings on our MLS. March of 2020 we had 3223.

The 2020 real estate market was unique to say the least! While not very active on Facebook I had a very busy year. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and having worked through a housing crisis, foreclosures and shorts sales, a Buyer's Market, several Seller's Markets, and now a pandemic. I'm ready for anything 2021 can bring!
