Congratulations! Debbie was awarded at the CAI showcase last night for her initiatives for community engagement. Volunteers are very appreciated!
She implemented a Christmas decorating contest for all homeowners, the Board chooses winners and passes out trophies and prizes!!

With April quickly coming to a close, we've had one hard goodbye, and 2 coming up fast.

At the end of March we said goodbye to our beloved Barbara. Barb was with Paragon for 10 years (WOW!). She decided it was time to retire, and tend to her garden full time.

At the end of this month, we are saying goodbye to not only Hema, but Mikayla as well. Hema is moving to the big ole TX, but still remaining with Paragon, while Mikayla is scrubbing up to scrub back into orthodontics!

We sure will miss seeing these 3 smiling faces around the office everyday!

We’re finishing strong with Ms. Hema! Hema is our Accounts Receivable. She is the firecracker in the office. When not working, she can be found  crocheting, reading, or making bead art. Hema is quick to help when we need it, and first to make sure everything is going in order. If you see any of us with elephants, Australia or New Zealand goodies, we have Hema to thank. Hema has been with Paragon for over a decade, and for that, we couldn’t be anymore thankful. We love you, Hems!!

Up next we have Mikayla. Mikayla is our CSR as well as an Association Manager. She is the first to greet you when you walk in or give us a call! When not working at Paragon, you can find her with her son, working at Wildwood Country Club, or in West Virginia. She is our little traveler, our sunshine on rainy days, and our goodie provider. 9 times out of 10, if there’s Dunkin in the office, she is to blame. In just a couple of weeks we will be ringing her in on one year here in the office. We adore you, Mikayla!

First up, Barbara (Barb). Barb is our Administrative Assistant here in the office. She is known around here for her love of her garden, the beach, and coffee. She keeps us all in line, loves spending time with family, and never misses a beat. During the summer months, you can find her in the garden gathering goodies for all of us to enjoy in the office. When not in her garden, she can be found reminiscing her yearly vacays to Gulf Shores. We just love our Barbie!

With it being National Administrative Professionals’ Day, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to our wonderful back office staff. They’ve definitely been spoiled today.
