Our first full rehab project and one we’re incredibly proud of.

Ideally located in the heart of Crescent Hill just steps from Blue Dog Bakery, this late-1800s home was completely reimagined from the ground up. We reworked the entire floor plan to create a more functional, livable layout, including a large chef’s kitchen, a true primary suite addition, and spaces that now feel every bit as good as they look.

There were plenty of decisions, problem solving, and learning moments along the way, but seeing the vision come to life while still preserving the character and charm of a home with this much history made it all worthwhile. Closing with some of the kindest buyers we could have hoped for made it even more special.
