Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to receive recognition including Southern Indiana REALTOR® of the Year, induction into the Southern Indiana REALTOR® Hall of Fame, and recognition by RealTrends as a Top Real Estate Professional in Indiana. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as President of the Southern Indiana REALTORS® Association, along with leadership roles including RPAC fundraising, Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Network, and service on both the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. In addition to industry leadership, I hold several specialized designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Veteran’s Association for Home Ownership (VAHO). Historically, mortgage rates have spent the majority of their time somewhere between about 5% and 10%. And data from Freddie Mac shows we’re actually well in that range today.
