My dear friend has been searching for the perfect piece of land to build her forever home for years. Ever since I sold her home back in 2021, she’s been patiently waiting for the right opportunity.

She actually had her eye on this property for the last four years, hoping one day it would become available. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to secure it when it first hit the market, and it ultimately sold at auction.

But as they say… what’s meant to be will always find its way. ❤️

After the auction, the new owner reached out to see if my client was still interested in purchasing it. The answer was an easy YES!

Now we’re officially under contract on the perfect piece of land where she’ll build her forever home, be closer to family, and start an exciting new chapter. I truly couldn’t be happier for her.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the loyalty and trust she’s shown me over the years. This marks our third transaction together, and being part of so many milestones in my clients’ lives is something I’ll never take for granted.

Now let’s get that positive perc test and make it all official! 🤞🏡🎉
