With this cold weather here are a few tips to help decrease the risk of frozen pipes.
1. double-check outdoor spigots to make sure they are turned off and unhook hoses.
2. leave a trickle of water running from your faucet, especially ones that are located near outside walls.
3. Close crawl space to keep ice blasts away from pipes.
4. Insulate pipes that may be subject to sub-freezing pipes.
