After a lot of planning, writing, editing, and more revisions than I can count, I'm excited to finally share the very first issue of
**The Local Loop**! 🎉

The Local Loop is a neighborhood-focused magazine where I'll be highlighting different areas around Louisville, sharing local businesses, community events, historic homes, architecture, real estate insights, and the unique character that makes each neighborhood special.

It only felt right to start with one of my favorite areas of Louisville: **The Highlands & Cherokee Triangle.**

My goal isn't just to talk about real estate, it's to celebrate the communities that make Louisville such a great place to live.

Going forward, I plan to release a new edition **every other month**, with the next issue featuring a new neighborhood for **August–September**.
