We are excited to announce the following promotion of Taylor Owens to Property Manager at Kendal on Taylorsville!
Taylor started her HILLS career in October of 2023 as a Leasing Consultant at Kendal on Taylorsville. Her ambition, dedication, and eagerness to learn led to her promotion to Business Manager in January of 2025.
Over the past few years, Taylor has built lasting relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members while making a meaningful impact on the community and continuing to grow professionally. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence have played an important role in the success of the property and the experience of those who call Kendal home.
Taylor is especially grateful for the support, mentorship, and opportunities HILLS has provided throughout her career. She values being part of a team that encourages growth and development and appreciates the chance to continue learning every day. Known for her willingness to jump in wherever needed, Taylor approaches every challenge with determination and is always ready to lend a hand wherever she can make a difference.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys staying active through the gym and Pilates classes, creating social media content, and trying new experiences. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her daughter, Taytum.
