Winter Weather Update

Hope everyone has got their groceries and have a plan in place for the winter weather that we will likely see this weekend.
The HOA has sent out a few emails with some information about preparing for the snow plow to come through, please make sure:

NOT PARKING on the street. Blocked roads and courts will not be plowed, if they cannot be accessed safely by plow trucks.

If you have a driveway curb ramp in the street, you should remove it so the plow doesn't damage it, or it doesn’t damage the snow plow.

Remember USPS will not deliver mail to a mailbox that they cannot access. You will likely need to shovel the area in-front of your mailbox so they can get close enough to deliver your mail.

The plow only goes up and down the streets with a straight shot. They do not clear driveway ends and will discharge snow at the end of your driveway. Tip for how to minimize this in picture below.

Lastly, My son Jonathan will be out shoveling snow. Reach out if you'd like some snow shoveling help! Rates will depend on how much snow and how big the area he is shoveling. Jonathan Hibbitt: 502-777-7849

Hello Neighbors,

I posted these reminders a couple of years ago, however I wanted to bring them to everyone’s attention again.

Please make sure you are:
- Removing Valuables from your vehicles at nights
- Not leaving firearms/weapons in the vehicles over night
-Locking your car doors and rolling up windows
- closing your garage door
- locking your house doors and windows
- setting your security alarm ( if you have one)

If you see any suspicious activity CALL THE POLICE.

Hello everyone! We’ve gotten word that several cars in our neighborhood were broken into last night or early this morning. Some had unlocked doors, others had windows broken out. We also have knowledge that Monticello neighborhood was hit hard last night. So, please be aware criminals are in the area. Protect your property the best you can. If your property has been hit, please report it to the police. You can call 911 or 502-574-2133, which is the 7th division that serves our area and they will advise you if they want any home camera footage you have.

Unfortunately due to weather we’re cancelling the Easter Egg Hunt that was Scheduled for Tomorrow Morning. We will deliver eggs to those that rsvp’d on Sunday!

Neighbors,

With the weather expected over night and until Monday. We are asking everyone to please not park on the street so snow plows can get through the neighborhood. We would also advise removing any curb ramps that are in front of your driveway. With the high amounts of snow expected the curb ramps will not be able to be seen and could be damaged or cause damage to a plow.
