Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Position Available in Louisville, KY 40214
Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves performing interior and exterior maintenance, upkeep tasks, and other duties as needed for an apartment complex located in Louisville, KY.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with potential on-call responsibilities as needed after hours/ weekends.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and property grounds.
Conduct basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
Utilize hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret technical manuals and drawings, following directions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
Some maintenance experience and technical knowledge preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be dependable.

Schedule & Requirements:
Full-time position with standard day shifts (Monday – Friday).
On-call after hours and weekend availability as needed.
1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Must be able to relocate to one of the listed locations before starting work.
