In her weekly city update, Mayor Treva Hodges recapped the recent announcement of a $4 million grant to revitalize the corridor leading into Charlestown State Park.

Earlier this week, a press conference in City of Charlestown, Indiana formally announced the funding, which will support improvements along this important gateway into the community.

She also noted FJR’s recent purchase of the nearby properties at this key intersection, highlighting the positive momentum as public investment and private redevelopment move forward together.

We're proud to share that Louisville Business First recently featured FJR Commercial Real Estate's acquisition of a large Southern Indiana portfolio formerly owned by Jesse Ballew Enterprises.

The acquisition includes 200+ properties, spanning retail, office and industrial assets, along with residential homes and vacant land. Our focus moving forward is to strengthen occupancy, thoughtfully develop selects parcels, and continue working closely with local governments and communities to support long-term growth.
