What an incredible day yesterday at Forge Campus!

We were honored to celebrate alongside Vergent Products as they officially opened their new 60,000 sq ft headquarters. It was inspiring to see tenants, clients, future partners, business leaders from across Northern Colorado, municipal representatives, and community champions all come together to mark this major milestone.

We loved the energy, collaboration, and spirit of innovation that filled the space—and we couldn’t be more excited for everything that lies ahead for Vergent Products.

Great Conversations at the BizWest Real Estate Summit

Yesterday, Megan, Alyssa, and Jay had the opportunity to attend the BizWest Northern Colorado Real Estate Summit at CSU. It was a great event connecting with our real estate friends and discussing the latest trends shaping our region.

Collaboration in Action!

Last night, Forge Campus partnered with Colorado State University to host our first-ever CSU Resource Fair, bringing together business leaders and CSU representatives to explore innovative solutions and real-world impact.

Attendees connected with experts across CSU’s many programs, hearing quick pitches and engaging in meaningful one-on-one conversations. These connections are just the beginning of strengthening partnerships that drive technology and innovation forward in our region.

Every Monday, Forge Campus tenants Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and Forge Event Center welcome families for Little Fairy Tales Storytime, creating a space where young minds can explore the magic of storytelling.

This morning’s gathering was made even more special with a visit from Glow, the mascot of Pulse Fiber, another valued tenant of Forge Campus. Moments like these exemplify the natural collaboration that happens within our campus and extends into the broader Loveland community.

A look back at the Cocktails & Cleantech Happy Hour event last week at Forge Campus, hosted by the Colorado Cleantech Industries Association! It was a fantastic evening of networking, knowledge exchange, and connecting with the dynamic Cleantech Community.

A special shoutout to AtmosZero for their participation. We are excited about their expansion to the campus and the promising future ahead for their groundbreaking work in clean energy.

What an amazing evening at the CSU Alumni and Friends event yesterday at Forge Campus!

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and meet new ones as we gathered to support CSU and our community. A special shoutout to Allison Seabeck, Executive Director of the Warehouse Business Accelerator, for her incredible work. Allison is not only helping innovative businesses in Northern Colorado scale and succeed, but she's also nurturing Colorado State University.

A big thank you to Greg Lewis, Executive Director of Corporate Engagement at Colorado State University, for creating this opportunity and hosting such a fantastic event.
