We’re so excited for this incredible mother/daughter duo as they officially close on their new home in Johnstown and make their move back to Colorado!

Meet Ariel 👋🏼

When you work with Ariel, you’re working with one half of a mother-daughter real estate team—and the self-proclaimed comedic relief and tech support behind the scenes. With 5 years of experience and a background in graphic design, customer service, and social media, she brings both creativity and strategy to every step of the process (and can probably fix your WiFi while she’s at it… kidding… kind of).

Ariel has a passion and eye for interior design—especially when it comes to preparing a home for market. She has a talent for “editing” spaces so they truly shine and attract the right buyers. If you’re a first-time home buyer, you’re in great hands—Ariel is known for making the process feel approachable, clear, and exciting.

As a Certified New Home Specialist and Residential Construction Certified agent, she offers valuable insight whether you’re buying new construction or resale.

April, you kept us busy in the best way ✨

From closing on a dream property for a client 🏡 to going under contract with another amazing mother/daughter duo (we love to see it 💛), this month was full of meaningful milestones.

We squeezed in some fun too—wine date at one of our favorite local spots 🍷 and a memorable farm-to-table dinner at a llama farm (yes, really 🦙).

Wrapped it all up with a first quarter recap and had the honor of supporting Alternatives to Violence, a nonprofit doing important work in our community.

Grateful for our clients, our community, and all the moments in between. Cheers to what’s ahead 🥂

Meet Janice Ververs ✨

The mother behind the Ververs mother–daughter real estate team, Janice is an experienced Northern Colorado Realtor with over 25 years of sales expertise. With deep Loveland roots, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients find the perfect place to call home, she’s known for making the buying and selling process feel smooth, supportive, and personal.

An Army Veteran and Homes for Heroes Representative, Janice is especially passionate about serving those who serve—while guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of life, from first moves to 55+ transitions and elevated property experiences. Her approach is simple: listen first, lead with expertise, and always put her clients first.

When she’s not working, Janice is all about community. She serves on the Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance and as Vice Chair of the Loveland Affordable Housing Commission, supports local housing initiatives, volunteers with Meals on Wheels, and stays actively involved in causes that make Northern Colorado stronger. You might also spot her out on her ice cream bike, handing out sweet treats and smiles.
