Over the past fortnight these sweet buyers and I have met (from a distance of 2,000 miles), been involved in 3 bidding wars, become friends, and secured this drool-worthy Westridge Estates property juuuuuust in time to get their newly-turned 11 year old daughter enrolled in school locally. 🥵
