This one really fell into place! After almost choosing the wrong home, this gem caught our eye as the perfect CSU rental. We went all in beating out several offers (even 1 that was higher and one that was all cash- neither of which we could compete with). At the end of the day, our solid offer had the best chance of closing and we were the lucky ones chosen! I’m thrilled for my Buyer who is a firefighter and great supportive Dad. Cheers to all, this was a fun one to close and be a part of! 🏡

Where there is a will there is a way! 😎 This meticulous condo style townhouse should have been a breeze transaction. Great Buyers and Seller. 2 RE/MAX agents. The recipe for a smooth deal. It passed inspection with flying colors but hit a bump at appraisal (not all appraisers are the same 😬). After switching lenders and ordering a 2nd appraisal that went way better we thought we were done with problems. Then we hit another one regarding the HOA budget and some new lending rules, causing another road block. More creative work-arounds and many conversations later, we were finally able to close. 🙌🏻 Whew! Congrats to everyone involved for sticking with it. We still managed to hit our original closing date. We are done and done. ✅ 🏡
