Congratulations to JR on the successful sale of his home at 1742 Platte River Court! 🎉🏡

This closing is extra special because it's the third home we've had the privilege of helping JR sell over the years. There is no greater compliment than a client who continues to trust us through life's changes and new adventures.

Now it's time for the next chapter. JR is heading to Casper, Wyoming to be closer to family and spend more time with his grandkids. We couldn't be happier for him as he starts this exciting new journey.

Today was one for the books!

We had the incredible opportunity to tour the Pentagon and learn more about the people and mission that help protect our nation every day. It was an experience we'll never forget.

The highlight of the day was celebrating a very special milestone. Congratulations to Erik Schultz on his retirement from the United States Space Force after 24 years of service to our country. Thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and commitment. We are honored to celebrate this next chapter with you.

As if that wasn't enough excitement for one day, we also took part in the naming ceremony for Stacy and Erik's new boat, Blended Chaos. And honestly, we can't think of a more fitting name! 😂🚤

From military history to retirement celebrations and new adventures on the water, today was filled with memories we'll cherish for years to come.

Congratulations, Erik! Here's to smooth sailing and the next great adventure. 🇺🇸🚀⚓

What started as a job transfer from California turned into an exciting new chapter here in Northern Colorado. Even better, this move brings them closer to family and the people who matter most.
