I have received 2 letters by fix and flippers to purchase one of my rentals. Interestingly enough they are different by less than $2000. However they are about $100,000 low. And interestingly enough the "Check #" is the same. One came from Fort Collins and the other says Denver. Sure they say they are buying AS IS, no commission, no repairs, no open house and cover most standard closing costs. I can still save my clients more money. Working with a good real estate agent (ME) to work with the right providers and make things smooth.

Last night, the Colorado Eagles hockey team won after losing the night before and today USA hockey wins gold at the Olympic Olympics. What a great two days.
