Throughout her 22 years in real estate, Sarah has earned her GRI Designation, the Certified Residential Military Specialist Designation, is e-Pro, and is part of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Sarah has earned the Honors Society Award several times for high production levels & the Leading Edge Award by Prudential National putting her in the top 6% of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2013-2016, 2020, & 2024 she earned the 100 Percent Club Award from RE/MAX and earned Platinum in 2017, 2021, and 2023. In 2021 Sarah was in the top 15 agents out of 5 area RE/MAX offices. In 2021 - 2024 Sarah was #5 in the company. Sarah was awarded the REALTOR of the Year Award in 2018 by her local association & The President's Award in 2023. Sarah is very active in her local community. She is Vice Chair of the Loveland Planning Commission. Sarah participates as a mentor for a program at her church called Kids Hope USA. Kids Hope USA pairs mentors with at-risk elementary age youth. Sarah is the President of The Pulliam Community Building Foundation in downtown Loveland. Sarah served as a committee chairperson for Loveland Walk 4 Water, an organization that raises money to build fresh water wells in Africa. Sarah also served as a Precinct Committee Chairperson for her neighborhood in downtown Loveland. In 2018, Sarah was the President of her local real estate board. This comes after many years of serving on the board as a Director, Secretary, and 2nd Vice President. Sarah is a member of both the Colorado Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is currently the chair of her association's government affairs committee. She is a monthly contributor to Wounded Warrior Project, Children's Miracle Network, sponsors 2 children in Africa through Compassion International, & is a Sterling R Major RPAC Contributor. Sarah is a 2024 graduate of The Leadership Program of the Rockies. Sarah studied Forestry and earned her bachelors degree in English Literature from Colorado State University. Previous to her real estate career, she headed up the sales department at Gulley Greenhouse and Garden Center. In January of 2020, Sarah was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She underwent chemo, radiation, & surgeries. While it was a tough battle, she continued to work her real estate business throughout the treatment & has been cancer-free for 4 years! Sarah enjoys being outdoors especially in the company of her rescue dogs. She is a hiker, reader, & loves to garden. Her favorite place is Yellowstone National Park as Sarah finds geysers fascinating. She has traveled to Israel, Alaska, & Australia. Sarah has a special affection for the area of Downtown Loveland. Several generations of Sarah's family have called the downtown area home and in so doing have instilled a real fondness in her for historical properties... so much so that she lives in a historical home herself. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, always believing that investing in relationships with other people is where the real treasure is.
