And remember, if you want to build, do NOT set foot in a model home unless I’m with you! Many builders pay my commission or a large chunk of it. Builders don’t represent you. I will.

According to the National Association of Realtors, the average age of a first-time homebuyer in the U.S. in 2025 was 40 years old.

That means these buyers are getting started 13 years earlier than average and already building equity and long-term wealth through real estate. They understood something powerful: homeownership isn’t just about having a place to live — it’s about investing in your future. 📈💰.

Helping first-time buyers learn the process and realize that homeownership is possible is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I love educating people so they can make smart moves now that set them up financially for years to come. 🏠✨
