Prior to becoming a Colorado Real Estate Broker, Doug worked as a financial advisor and estate planning consultant for over 30 years - helping families to accumulate wealth, protect that wealth, and then plan for the distribution of their wealth. Doug stays very busy helping families buy, sell and invest in real estate. He is eager to share his accrued kn

Having grown up in Colorado, Kathryn knows the value of living among the splendid Rocky Mountains; surrounded by the breathtaking, open and gracious landscape; and counting as friends, the warmest, happiest and heartiest people in the country. Kathryn considers it a great privilege to be able to help her clients find, purchase and sell real estate in Northern Colorado. With 20+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, Kathryn brings a wealth of intuitive, constructive and results-driven skills to the marketing and/or acquisition of your home. Doug and Kathryn are committed to helping local charities, and raising funds for people wishing to serve their community by running for local office. Together, Doug and Kathryn host a regular fundraising brunch for candidates and many local charities, including the Larimer County Food Bank, the Larimer County Humane Society, Foster and Adoptive Families of Larimer County, Colorado Professional Firefighters Foundation and Project Self Sufficiency. Being in service to others is not just the right thing to do; it's the reason we're here.
