Colorado Microcircuits, Inc. Colorado Microcircuits is a world leader in high volume IC packaging and assembly. We pride ourselves in high quality, low cost, and on time deliveries.

Colorado Microcircuits works with its customers to produce a high performance chip and wire assembly at an affordable cost. Packages can be requested by the customer, recommended by CMI, or new packages can be designed with input about the customer's needs. We do engineering and design at low cost, however only for products with high volume assembly potential. In-house capabilities include high sp

eed ASM Die bonders, high speed K&S IConn wirebonders, extensive proprietary lidding capabilities, laser marking, singulation, and customer specified packaging. Other processes available include SMT for mixed assembly, MLS testing, custom molded leadframe manufacturing, and limited electrical testing.
