Story Time!

We got to celebrate multiple FIRSTS today. These first time buyers taking a big life step AND Candice’s first co-closing with me!

If you’ve been following along with us, you should be seeing a recurring theme for our clients. It’s very important to us that our clients move through each stage of the process with clarity and confidence. That means putting in the extra effort to walk them through it, and answer a million questions if necessary. This is especially true with first time home buyers like this cute couple.

We saw close to 10 homes with them before landing on the right one, and it came together so beautifully. We were able to get them in very quickly- within a couple hours of it going live. Seeing it in person it checked almost all the boxes.

Put in an offer and what was the most attractive to the seller? - the buyer’s flexibility with post occupancy. That was enough to get the seller to accept the first offer they received and cancel all the next day’s showings!

In a very highly competitive market, at a very highly competitive price range, these first time buyers were able to avoid dealing with the competition.

Another mission accomplished! 🫡
