Realtor Kelly Weir and Nile Otte Weir Keller Williams Move2Team Welcome to our business page. You've reached Kelly Weir and Nile Otte Weir. We are Realtors with Keller Williams Pinnacle Group and the Loveland Move2Team.

Our mission is to help you buy or sell real estate, and have a great experience while doing it! A little about me: I spend a lot of my life in pursuit of what you want and need. My goal is to get you the most for your money when you're buying, and the most for your home when selling. However, when I'm not working for you, here are the most important ways I enjoy spending my "free time." I love pl

aying cards, watching tv, reading or playing tennis with my family and friends. When I'm home, much of my day is spent trapped under a 10 pound Shih Tzu named Nash...He's perfect ;o)

Finally, on my off days, I enjoy playing tennis with Roger Federer, or anyone else willing to play against someone who isn't nearly as good as they are! I rarely have trouble finding anyone who doesn't qualify as my opponent (as almost everyone is better than me ;o)

I have 4 great kids, who are (almost) all self-sufficient now...if you have adult children, you'll know exactly what I mean! My hubby is my best friend and he calls himself my "RA" (Realtor's assistant). I can always count on him to put a sign in the ground, be my sounding board, or be my bodyguard when I'm meeting clients for the first time. And, recently, we added a new Realtor-in-training, our first grandchild! Hopefully that gives you a little insight into my life and personality. I love helping people, sharing a smile with everyone I meet, and working and playing hard. I'd love the opportunity to get to know you better. Most of my clients end up becoming good friends who I enjoy keeping in touch with and sharing time together outside of the real estate transaction. I look forward to making you one of my newest friends!

This week's drawing is to Home Goods, where you can buy new sheets, comforters, or an eye mask, so you can't tell whether or not your bed is made ;o)

TGIFreeNile&Kelly--We hope you had a beautiful week! Congratulations to Lara Korbee Glassmeyer, who won the relaxation box from this week's drawing. I concur with everyone's responses....cleaning just isn't that fun. Get me you address and I'll deliver your relaxation supplies.

To everyone else, I recommend taking the whole weekend off from cleaning! Enjoy being with people you love. The dust (dishes, laundry, etc will all be there on Monday). This is a great weekend to lounge by a pool! Or, come visit Nile and me at an open house instead ;o)

Tell-me-More-Tuesday--those of you who get our newsletter know that I went a little OCD on my spring cleaning this year....I hated almost all of it, but I did enjoy the 1.5 minutes it was clean before grass was dragged in on doggie paws, dust began settling on book shelves again, and a bird kamikazied into my window, thus requiring a fresh clean up on aisle nine....Tell us your LEAST favorite thing to clean.
