Looking for that ideal spot to perch your home? It's not often you have the lakes below and mountains in front of you! Easily accessible from route 26, head up from Southern New England or the Portland area with an easy drive from 95. Oak Hill Drive is a quiet, small HOA of seasonal and primary homes. They allow vacation rentals for those buyers who hope to rent out their property when they are not using it. This area has an abundance of four season outdoor activities. For the more sedentary, build your home with a porch/deck and watch the seasons change before you. Nothing beats Maine foliage watching from your backyard. Also, minutes from multiple lakes and skiing!
