🏡 Buying a home? Work with a local loan officer.

One of the biggest things I recommend to buyers is choosing a loan officer who knows the local market and is easy to communicate with.

Your lender is a big part of the home-buying process, so having someone local who you can actually reach when questions come up can make things a lot smoother.

My advice: Don’t just shop for a rate. Shop for the right lender, too.
