I promise I’ll make the process as fun and entertaining as buying and selling real estate can possibly be. It won't be pain free, but it will be less of a pain in the ass than if you used someone else...at least I think so. Or maybe not.
But, I get cool closing gifts and I like birds, which is it's own cool thing.
