Saranac, MI is a small quiet village in Ionia County, 30 miles east of Grand Rapids, along the Grand River. Congratulations to my returning clients on the sale and purchase of their new home!

Happy Closing Day!

This one took all of us by surprise! What started out as a quick valuation, turned into an offer being submitted within 24 hours, and a speed dash to get their own house listed.
