LOOKING FOR A MOLD SAFE HOME? This class is for you!

We are very excited to launch an online Home Buyers and Renters Class! This class is designed to help home buyers and renters w**d out potentially dangerous homes.

Sadly we get calls frequently from new home owners whose dream of buying a home turned into a nightmare and renters who are stuck in a lease for a home that is making them sick.

We want to teach you how to vet properties with potential red flags.

Our very first class will be Sunday, June 28th at 3pm.

The first class will have limited spots available, and participants will receive a BIG discount. The initial introductory course will only be $75.

Each spot is open to the purchaser and their spouse or co-borrower/co-applicant. You will need to be together on the same zoom link.

The class will be approximately 2-3 hours and will have a Live Q&A at the end. We will cover:

PLEASE don’t let vines grow on your home like this!

I know some people like the look, but it is so bad for your home. Behind that “romantic look”, vines can quietly wreak havoc on your home’s structure.

Climbing plants like ivy or wisteria attach themselves to walls with rootlets or tendrils that dig into siding, brick mortar, stucco, and wood. Over time, this can cause:

🔹 Cracked or crumbling masonry – Vines can widen existing cracks and create new ones.
🔹 Rotting wood – Moisture gets trapped against wood siding and trim, promoting decay.
🔹 Peeling paint and damaged finishes – Vines draw water and trap humidity, which can cause paint to bubble, peel, or flake prematurely.
🔹 Roof and gutter problems – If vines reach your roofline, they can lift shingles, clog gutters, and allow water to seep into your attic or walls.
🔹 Mold growth – Constant shade and moisture retention create the perfect breeding ground for mold, especially near windows, doors, and foundation walls.

Vines may look like pretty, but they come with a huge hidden price. If your home is wearing a green coat of vines, it is time to think about clearing it off and giving your exterior a little breathing room. It might also be time to get a detailed mold inspection.
