Advice :

Looking to get back into the real estate game. I am
Licensed in NH and I just realized my licenses expired in June for Mass. they said I can just take the classes and pay the fee to be reinstated.

Looking for a brokerage that doesn’t charge a monthly fee - because I have zero income and can’t afford it right now. Maybe after I start closing some deals. Any thoughts?
