Average price per sq ft is up about 10% from this time last year and average sales price of a home is up about 11! Looks pretty good to me! If you're thinking of buying a home don't wait! They're only going to go up in cost! And don't let interest rates affect your decision, if they go up you'll be happy that you locked in when you did and if they go down you can simply refinance at some point!
