From Route 95: Take Exit 32A (Rt-3 North) towards Lowell / Nashua. Follow Rt-3 for 13 miles, take the Exit 32 (Rt-4) towards North Chelmsford. Keep right at the fork to go onto Drum Hill Rd. Continue on Westford St. Stay straight onto Wood St, it becomes Rourke Bridge. Cross over the bridge, turn right onto the Pawtucket Blvd / Rt-113 East. Follow 0.2 miles and turn left at the first light onto Bedford Ave. Grandview's entrance will be on your left.

Traffic advisory: MonsterBash & Fall Fest 🎃
Please be advised that a portion of Merrimack St. will be closed to traffic for MonsterBash & Fall Fest on October 24.

Friday, October 23, 8PM: No parking on Merrimack St. from Dutton to Central St.
Saturday, October 24, 3AM: Vehicles parked on Merrimack St. from Dutton to Central St. will be towed
Saturday, October 24, 7AM: Merrimack St. from Dutton to Central St. closes to traffic

The street will reopen when cleared after the event, on Saturday evening.

📢 Community Advisory: Water Pressure Testing (October 21 - November 6)

Starting today, October 21, and continuing over the next few weeks through November 6, the Lowell Water Dept will work to perform water pressure testing throughout Lowell.

• Each section of the city will have 5 to 6 tests performed that will take no longer than 15-20 minutes each.
• During or possibly after testing, some residents in the area may experience discolored water or low water pressure.

➡️ If you experience discolored water:
• Run COLD water from the bathtub (if available) or sink for 5-10 minutes
• If water does not clear, please wait 30 minutes and try again
