🌳 Roberto Clemente Park (803 Middlesex St) is officially open to the public!

Thank you to all who came to the ribbon cutting and soft opening for Khmer New Year on April 18. The $1.8M park renovation upgraded 1 basketball court 🏀, 8 volleyball courts 🏐, a universally accessible playground 🛝, and a large event space 🎶.

This project was made possible by the Community Preservation Act, Community Development Block Grant funds, and American Rescue Plan Act funds. Thank you to the Clemente Park Committee; the City of Lowell's Department of Planning and Development, Department of Public Works, and Parks Department; Watermark project management; ANJ Construction; Brown, Richardson + Rowe, Inc. Landscape Architects & Planners; and GPI Engineering.

🌱 Reminder: Please stay off the areas with orange fencing so that the grass can grow.
