Property maintenance (lowell)

compensation: depending on experience
We are looking for a self- motivated, responsible, dependable and experienced (2 to 5 years) maintenance/handyman for property management company with the ability to work independently.

We manage 100+ properties in the Lowell area.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Daily maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings
Clean outs
DEMO
Cleaning apartments
Drywall
Heating/HVAC- lighting pilots- troubleshooting
Electrical- changing plugs-installing light fixtures etc.
Plumbing- changing faucets - fixing small leaks etc,
Painting
Landscaping
Snow removal

This position requires you to be on-call for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends

*Can handle all aspects of apartment turnover

**Must have valid driving license and good driving record.
** Must be able to pass a background check
