Interesting Western PA 90 day statistics in some of the market areas we cover. Everything is trending downward with the exception of average days on market which is trending upward.

The two biggest causes for this, in our opinion is:

1) Inflation, leaving less money for buyers to allocate towards buying a home.

2) Interest rates, effectively reducing the amount of home a buyer can afford.
