I have been a Realtor since 1999.I love educating people in the process so they can make an informed decision on one of their largest purchase they will make. I think communication is the main key to a buyer buying a home or a seller selling a home. I will never take full credit in selling a home because I believe it is a partnership with both parties participating. I will listen to your wants and

needs knowing that you might not get everything you want but knowing we can try to accomplish the realistic needs. I will provide feedback from all showings provided the buyers agent that returns my calls or email. If there are simple changes that can be made then I might recommend you make those changes if it helps to sell your home. I will hold open houses at least once a month until the home sells. When entering the home into the MLS if you do not like the pictures and would like to make changes I am very opened to that. I think the pictures that are entered in the MLS are the most important; so never hesitate to ask me to make changes also to the wording. The pictures that are entered in the MLS go to all home websites for so many people to see and it is well known the 90% of the buyers start their search online! So if someone tells you your home will be on TV that is just a gimmick because you get more views on the web compared to 15 seconds of fame on TV. Prior to my real estate career I was in Restaurant management for a long time. I left there because at that time my daughter was getting to the age I needed to be home more. We have our daughter Brittany and her husband Nick and 2 grand kids Novaleigh and Gavyn. With a new addition to their family coming in January Cameron! Of course I can not forget our shih tzu, Charger.
