This beautiful condo sits on the 21st floor facing the Gulf and has a wrap-around balcony creating your own uninterrupted 270-degree view of Panama City Beach and West Bay. Our unit is fully redecorated and has been completely remodeled,with 9-foot ceilings and spacious rooms that will accommodate eight guests. Kitchen is fully-stocked with quality appliances and granite counter tops. Two separate dining areas: one kitchen bar with four stools and one free standing bar with three stools, as well as a formal dining table that also sits 8 comfortably. A separate laundry/utility room with full size washer and dryer is accessible from the hall. The living area has seating for all guests and looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and is equipped with HD TV and cable. Unit has free wireless internet. This unit has 3 bedrooms each with a TV. All rooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. The gorgeous master bedroom has a king-size bed with matching side tables and dresser. A private master bath, accessible only from the master bedroom has a HUGE two-person shower with dual shower heads at each end. The master bedroom has a private entry to the balcony that faces west where you can watch the sun set over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The other two bedrooms are just as beautifully decorated one with a king size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, side tables and dressers. Each bedroom also has an entry to the balcony with beautiful views of the Lagoon and Bay. The second bath has an entrance from the hall and has locked access from one of the bedrooms so bedroom remains private. No need to worry about losing keys; unit has a key less entry with the code changed after each visit. Treasure Island Resort is located on Thomas Drive in the quiet Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach. Treasure Island is a great place for families and is only a blocks walk to Schooners Last Local Beach Club and Scampy’s and only a few minutes’ drive to the famous Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant. Resort has a 120-foot long pool that is heated during the winter and a brand new hot tub. Pools have plenty of deck chairs and 2 gazebos. Liza’s Munchies is situated next to pool for sandwiches, burgers, drinks and convenience items. There is a fitness room and one covered parking spot reserved for unit with additional parking on upper levels of garage, all with easy access to four elevators. There is a separate area with both electric and charcoal grills and picnic tables for your convenience. And, free beach chair service is provided with your rental. Our Condo is located 6 miles from the Pier Park shopping mall with over “100 million square feet” of shopping and entertainment venues and only a few minutes’ drive from Bay Point Golf Club, putt-putt and local beach clubs. It is two miles from St Andrews Park that has two fishing piers, two nature trails, bike trails and a boat ramp. The parks’ rock jetties and shoreline are open to snorkelers and swimmers. There is truly something for everyone in close vicinity to Treasure Island Resort. Condo is well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned so each guest gets the best stay possible in Panama City Beach. Our management service lives local and will be able to help with any questions that you might have. An information book is provided with this unit that gives the name and numbers of many services you may need while on vacation. This unit is a NON-Smoking and NO-Pet unit. Treasure Island does charge a $25.00 check in fee at which time you will receive your parking passes and pool bands.
