For instance, our rate of $1,800 per week, all inclusive is about the same as the rate of $1,400 per week plus cleaning fee , occupancy tax, parking pass. The chairs that we provide are an additional $140 per week value to you at no charge. That is less than most 2 bedroom rentals for a huge 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit that sits right on the beach, is beautifully decorated and equipped like your second home! The only extra amount that is due from you is a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation/security deposit of $200. Our Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. ( Our balcony has a wonderful pool view unlike the wrap around units located on the end of the building where you cannot see the pool.) It has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach. You are so close to the beach that you can see the faces of the people. You can hear the sound of waves as you sleep! Located on the 4th floor, our condo is high enough to avoid most of the noise from the pool and low enough for those who dislike high rises. You'll love the GRILL ON BALCONY! There are wonderful Gulf front views from the kitchen, dining area, den and two gulf front bedrooms. The balcony is very large. All views from our balcony are directly gulf front. (as opposed to end units that have most of view to East or West rather than South) You can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. The balcony has a brand new electric grill. We have a table with 6 chairs as well as two lounge chairs. Each of the three bedrooms have their own private bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience. We have a good selection of games. The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Fridge has an icemaker, microwave vent hood, new trash compactor and garbage disposer. We have two beach chairs with umbrella included in rate. They normally rent for $40 per day or $140 per week! That's a huge savings to you. Everything has been nicely updated. VRBO is the best way to rent a condo. Unlike going thru a rental agency, you choose the exact unit you are renting. You don't pay for a 3BR looking at a photo of a unit that has been nicely updated to find yourself arrive to a unit last updated twenty years ago. Our unit is exactly as pictured! You'll see the "grill envy" from other guests when you're grilling and the smell of burgers reaches them. This is a full sized electric grill with a nice stand. We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You won't have to worry how to get a key from me or need to return a key. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only. Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. We've stocked our condo with games and puzzles. We have FREE high speed internet. Families and Retirees are welcome. The RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. NO HIDDEN FEES. The rates shown include rent, parking for one vehicle, a one time cleaning fee and 11% tax. The only thing you'll have to add is a small fully refundable reservation deposit which converts to be your security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable to you after check out.
