Not moving....pretend, LOL. Stuff! Everyone knows I Love Stuff. One of my Aunts always told me when you bring something in, toss another. I'm Trying. Have a Great Weekend Everyone!!

You do your best to make your home a restful, enjoyable, and peaceful place to be. Yet, you still wrestle with self-reproach about not doing enough. Maybe the answer is to remove guilt-inducing agents from your home so you can do less and feel better about it!

You don't need to travel far to enjoy this summer. This cottage in the woods, on a private road 2 miles away from a main road, no traffic, peace and quiet, off grid. Sounds good to me. Just look at the inside details and love put into this. The back lot is big enough to invite your friends up and enjoy your new little campground. Would make an excellent rental as well. * This just out! I can now List and Show Properties! This could be bad. I am thinking not only for my well being but for my Customers and Clients Health as well. I will not be showing occupied properties at this time and listings with online docs. Personally I believe you are doing your clients a dis-service by offering Fair Market evaluations at this time. How can you do that with out physically entering the home? I need to stay at the Top of my game and stay healthy!! Really where are people going to move to unless they already own a second home? A high percentage of people do not. Most, most Sellers need to find a home to buy. Who is going to help you move? What state is going to let you in? Closings are going to take months! End of Rant, I am going to do the Best I can with what I have for now until we are over the Hump+ and use, Common Sense! Thank you and Stay Safe People!!
