Sharing my 3rd closing this week.

Within an hour of placing the FOR SALE sign on the property, the buyers showed up. Almost 40 days of negotiations with the buyers' agent, I was able to negotiate for my sellers:
*The buyers will pay their agent's commission
*The property is being sold as is with no repairs
*The buyers have to pay all of their closing costs
*There are no sellers'concessions given to the buyers

This has been an emotional sale for my sellers.

This is my 2nd closing of the week representing both the sellers and buyers.

There were 43 condos listed for sale in the complex. Through strategic marketing I was able to bring both parties to the closing table for this deal. I listed this property and in just 28 days, it was under contract. Closing on Tuesday and navigating through one of the toughest HOAs in Palm Beach County.
