What’s happening in real estate across Baldwin & Mobile Counties? The numbers tell an interesting story—and they also show why real estate is truly hyperlocal.

📍 In Baldwin County, the Eastern Shore saw the average sales price increase 13.54% compared with August 2025, while Coastal Condos experienced a 7.17% decrease. Central Baldwin remained steady with a 2.54% increase, while Coastal Homes dipped slightly.

📍 Mobile County is showing its own set of trends, giving buyers and sellers another reminder that what’s happening in one part of our Gulf Coast market may look very different just a few miles away.
